Tasks Summary
- Follow up on the operation of computers and their accessories and install software.
- Detect and maintain computer and software malfunctions.
- Maintain computer accessories (e.g. printers and scanners).
- Receive and provide technical support requests via telephone and e-mail.
- Provide technical support to computer users and systems.
- Carry out maintenance requests and prepare necessary reports.
- Perform preventive and periodic maintenance.
- Operate audio and lighting systems in the ceremony and event hall in the university.
- Equip university meeting rooms with technical devices and equipment, as needed.
- Operate and update systems and advertising screens in the university.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably with a Technical Diploma in IT.
- Preferably with 3 years’ relevant work experience.
- The ability to provide and communicate information.
- Strong analytical skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Good organisation and planning skills.
- The ability to solve urgent problems.
- Good time-management skills.
