The Office Manager of International Relationship Office is responsible for establishing and developing cooperation with regional and international universities, as well as professional organisations and civil society institutions.

Main Tasks & Duties

  • Develop and manage new cooperative relationships with academic and professional institutions at a national, regional and international level.
  • Regularly conducts and reports to the line manager Market Intelligence activities such as and not limited to overseeing and profiling competitors and competitive university degree programmes locally and internationally.
  • Approve courses that are offered to university students in partner educational institutions.
  • Publish an annual list of the academic and professional partners of the university.
  • Submit periodic reports to the Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs & Development.
  • Attend strategic planning meetings.
  • Recruit international students and collaborate with agencies.
  • Any other relevant tasks as requested by the management.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferably with 3 years’ experience in a similar academic position.
  • Knowledge of the institutional and academic structure of the university.
  • Knowledge of negotiation and effective communication techniques.
  • Preferably a good command of Arabic and English (preferably both spoken and written).

  • Strong ability to prepare memorandums of understanding.
  • The ability to plan and achieve goals.
